Client Responsibilities

 

The client, including any surgeon, researcher, or institution, is solely responsible for:

 

• Reviewing and approving all designs, models, and outputs prior to use

• Ensuring accuracy and suitability for the intended clinical or research application

• Obtaining all required patient consents, ethical approvals, and regulatory clearances

• Complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and institutional policies

 

 

Data Compliance

 

The client confirms that:

 

• All data provided has been obtained legally and ethically

• All necessary permissions and consents have been secured

• Any patient data is properly de-identified where required

 

We are not responsible for verifying the legality or origin of the provided data.

 

Intellectual Property

 

All designs, models, and deliverables remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

The client is granted a non-exclusive, limited license to use the deliverables for the intended project or case.

Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

 

• We are not liable for any clinical outcomes, surgical results, or patient-related consequences

• We are not responsible for how designs, guides, or models are used in practice

• All final responsibility rests with the approving medical professional or researcher

 

Our total liability, if any, is limited to the fees paid for the specific service.

 

No Warranty

 

All services and deliverables are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose.
